Kitchen: Fully updated with most all cooking utensils, salt/pepper/cooking spray, baking dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker.
Dining: Off of the kitchen you will find a dining room with a table for 10. We also offer additional seating at the bar for two more guests. Space-saver highchair available in the closet, if needed.
Bedrooms: Upstairs you will find 6 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. All bedrooms have dressers and nightstands with lamps. Pack-N-Play available in a bedroom closet if needed.
Living Room: When you walk in, you will be greeted by a cozy welcome area, and the family room. The living room also offers a flat-screen smart TV to allow you to login to all your favorite streaming services during your stay.

We are conveniently located near the center of Downtown Des Moines. Five minute drive to the Iowa Events Center, Wells Fargo Arena, and all major Hospitals. Also, just a few minutes from the Downtown Farmers Market (Saturday mornings May-October) and the Science Center of Iowa.
Additionally, you will find yourself close to all of our annual events, such as: World Food and Music Festival, The Des Moines Art Festival, and of course the Iowa State Fair.
